Online Games Download Site

I played this online game, maybe around 2000-2002. It was a wacky puzzle type game where you try to create a primetime tv schedule. The shows you might make were wacky and a booming voice announced your schedule. It might have been shockwave or java based. Any help would be great.

I am looking for any good free sports, sim management, god like, parlour games which has a good online ranking system. Played WoW for a bit but refude to pay nearly £10 a month for just grinding.
